LM plum blossom coupling

ML coupling is suitable for connecting two coaxial lines, frequent starting, medium and low speed, and medium and small power transmission shafts that require high workability. ML coupling is not suitable for heavy load and axial dimension receiving and changing elastic components. The latter two axes are difficult to align.

ML couplings are sometimes called LM couplings. The two models are called differently, but they are a plum coupling product, but there are some differences in models. We use ML couplings and LM couplings. The coupling model parameters are compared as follows, which can be clear at a glance when you choose the coupling.

LM (ML) plum blossom coupling is mainly composed of two protruding teeth that are closely meshed and subjected to radial compression to transmit torque. When the two axes are relatively offset, the elastic element undergoes corresponding elastic deformation, which plays a role of automatic compensation.
