WH type slider coupling
The WH type cross slide coupling is suitable for occasions where the transmission torque is small. It has the performance of compensating the relative offset of the two shafts and buffering. The working temperature is -20-+70℃.
WH type slider coupling has a nominal torque of 16-5000N.m, a permissible speed of 10000-1500r/min, a shaft hole diameter of 14-100mm, and a shaft hole length of 25-212mm. WH type-slider coupling has high noise, low efficiency and fast wear. Generally, it is not used as much as possible. It is only used for occasions with very low speed, such as ball mills.In order to balance the situation, the bolts should be installed in reverse and reverse phases.
Because the middle cross slider is a square slider, the middle slider is used to slide in the corresponding radial grooves on the end faces of the half couplings on both sides to realize the coupling of the two half couplings.
